Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic and motivated HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience to handle end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process and positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Understand hiring requirements in coordination with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build a strong talent pipeline
• Support employer branding and recruitment activities
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and recruitment best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
