HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, identifying, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent through job postings, networking, and interviews. They work with hiring managers to define hiring needs, utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and negotiate job offers to attract top talent. Key goals are finding quality candidates quickly and building a strong employer brand. Workable +3

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Proactively searching for candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Full-Cycle Hiring: Managing the process from job advertisement to onboarding.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes and conducting phone/video/in-person interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: Working with managers to define position requirements and create job descriptions.
• Job Offers & Negotiation: Extending offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and handling pre-employment checks.
• ATS Maintenance: Maintaining applicant records and data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System. 

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in talent acquisition.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Technological Proficiency: Experience with ATS, Microsoft Office, and social media sourcing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Time Management: Ability to manage high-pressure situations and fill positions within set timeframes.
