Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful HR Recruiter to manage the full cycle of talent acquisition for our essential workforce. The primary focus is high-volume hiring for critical blue-collar positions such as manufacturing associates, logistics personnel, maintenance technicians, drivers, and field service staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong local networking skills to source reliable candidates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· High-Volume Recruitment: Plan and execute mass recruitment drives, job fairs, and community outreach programs to consistently meet bulk hiring targets.

· Sourcing & Networking: Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri and Apna jobs, local community centers, temp agencies, employee referrals, and field visits and Nursing college tie up and General duty assistant institutes tie up and NSDC partners and NGO tie up.

· Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: conduct initial screenings, interviews, coordinate skills assessments, and verify employment documentation.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and operations leads to understand staffing needs, operational demands, and provide timely updates on hiring statuses.

· Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices comply with federal and state employment laws and maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Onboarding Support: Facilitate smooth transitions from job offer acceptance to the first day of employment, ensuring all pre-employment checks (background, drug screening) are completed.

· Market Analysis: Keep abreast of local labor market trends, prevailing wages, and competitor strategies to ensure competitive advantage in recruitment efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Experience: A minimum of 1 years or fresher of proven experience in high-volume, non-exempt, or blue-collar recruiting is mandatory.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).

· Field Orientation: Must be comfortable and effective working outside of a traditional office setting, with extensive local travel required for field recruitment.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with diverse candidate pools.

· Technical Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS platform.

· Attributes: Target-oriented, highly organized, resilient, proactive problem-solver, and capable of managing competing priorities under pressure.
