About the Role:

FinAxis Distributors is looking for a passionate and proactive HR – Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, sales-driven organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, trackers, and reports.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and people operations.
• Ability to work full-time from the office (Bangalore – HSR Layout).

Compensation:

💰 Salary Range: ₹2,40,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Monthly Breakup:

• ₹2,40,000 per annum = ₹20,000 per month
• ₹3,00,000 per annum = ₹25,000 per month

Final CTC will be based on candidate profile, interview performance, and experience.
