Hi, Sending JD for HR recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

⦁ Work on the open positions and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.

⦁ Sourcing candidates by using the portals

⦁ Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for the open positions 

⦁ Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.

Requirements

⦁ Graduation in any discipline

⦁ Experience in IT & Non IT Recruitments

⦁ Experience and ability in managing revenue targets

⦁ Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Negotiation skills and Industry understanding

⦁ Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability

⦁ Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
