Job Summary:

NetAmbit is looking for a Vendor Management Recruiter who can handle vendor coordination,

agency hiring, and ensure smooth joining of SP (Sales Partner) and BDE (Business Development

Executive) candidates. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of managing bulk and

field hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate with external recruitment vendors and agencies

• Share SP/BDE hiring requirements with agencies and explain expectations clearly

• Screen and shortlist profiles received from vendors

• Coordinate interviews with internal hiring managers

• Ensure offer rollout and smooth onboarding process

• Follow up with candidates to ensure joining without dropouts

• Maintain daily joining tracker and share reports with management

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely position closures

• Support bulk hiring and field sales hiring requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/vendor management

• Experience in agency hiring and sales hiring preferred

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong follow-up and negotiation ability

• Knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking
