HR Recruiter

job Description : We are looking for MALE HR Recruiter for Basaveshwara Nagar, Bangalore

Key responsibilities

o  Sourcing and advertising: 

Create and post job descriptions on company career pages, social media, and job boards. Source candidates through online platforms and professional networks. 

o  Screening and interviewing: 

Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills and fit. 

o  Coordination: 

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements. 

o  Candidate management: 

Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Provide timely updates to candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the process. 

Required qualifications

·      Education: 

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is often required. 

·      Experience: 

1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR role is the minimum. 

·      Skills: 

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is also necessary. 

·      Attributes: 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
