HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter who specializes in talent acquisition for blue-collar roles in the medical and healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates such as patient care attendants, ward boys, housekeeping staff, nursing aides, drivers, and other support staff for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and support roles in the medical field.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, local agencies, referrals, and field sourcing.
• Build and maintain a database of healthcare support staff and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and background checks.
• Coordinate with operations and client teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Manage bulk hiring drives, campus drives, and local recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring trackers.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.
• Stay updated with industry trends and labor market dynamics for blue-collar workforce.
