HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Understand job requirements from clients or internal teams

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews

Schedule interviews with clients / hiring managers

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status

Maintain candidate database and recruitment records

Coordinate offer letters and joining formalities

Achieve hiring targets within deadlines

✅ Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment process

Ability to handle multiple requirements

MS Office and internet knowledge

Convincing and negotiation skills

🎓 Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

💰 Salary & Benefits (Example)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives
