HR Recruiter

Job Description: Bhash Software Labs is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruiter (Non-IT), you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably non-IT), possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong passion for talent acquisition

Key Responsibilities: ● Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. ● Screen resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates. ● Conduct initial phone interviews to assess the candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit. ● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. ● Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment system. ● Build and maintain relationships with candidates and potential candidates for future openings. ● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. ● Assist with employer branding and other HR-related tasks as required.

Desired Skills & Qualifications: ● Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview techniques. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ● Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. ● Detail-oriented and organized. ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with candidates effectively. ● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Educational Qualifications: ● A Bachelor’s degree in any field. A specialization in HR or a related field is a plus.
