HR Recruiter

An HR Recruiter's role involves managing the full hiring lifecycle: collaborating with managers to define needs, sourcing candidates via job boards and social media, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding, all while maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and data analysis to improve hiring efficiency and quality. 

Core Responsibilities

• Staffing Needs Analysis: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop hiring strategies.
• Sourcing: Find candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Candidate Management: Maintain a talent pipeline, use ATS, and provide timely updates to candidates and managers.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle compensation discussions.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
• Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
