HR Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across departments (Sales, Service, Support, etc.).

Source and screen candidates through various job portals, social media, and references.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate database and follow up on selection and joining process.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Non-IT recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be fluent in Kannada.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

Preferably from nearby areas of BG Road or willing to commute.
