Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, and the ability to identify and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.

·      Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media.

·      Screen and shortlist resumes based on job criteria.

·      Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

·      Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fitment.

·      Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

·      Follow up with candidates through the hiring process until on boarding.

·      Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·      Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.

·      Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Ability to multitask and manage multiple openings simultaneously.

·      Good understanding of current hiring trends and market insights.

Preferred Skills:

·      Experience in bulk hiring or specific industry hiring (e.g., IT, Non-IT, Sales, etc.)

·      Basic knowledge of HR policies and on boarding processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR / Personnel Management / related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech IT, or Start-up environments.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, HR analytics, performance management tools.
