In 2018, we began with a WhatsApp group with a simple hypothesis: people in tier-2/3 towns weren’t really using the internet meaningfully yet. We believed that if we started with local content in their own language, they’d come back every day; once there was a habit and trust, that same space could naturally grow into classifieds and, eventually, something they used for almost everything online.This spark became Lokal. About the RoleAt Lokal, this role is part of our client-facing recruitment solutions vertical. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for external clients, primarily across non-engineering roles. You will act as a hiring partner for client organizations, owning delivery, quality, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned client accounts, from requirement intake to offer closure.
• Partner closely with clients to understand role requirements, hiring timelines, and success metrics.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across non-engineering functions (Sales, Operations, Support, Marketing, Finance, etc.).
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure role fit, experience alignment, and client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and client stakeholders and manage feedback loops.
• Drive offer negotiations, candidate closures, and post-offer engagement.
• Maintain strong pipeline health and ensure SLA-driven delivery.
• Share regular hiring updates, insights, and market feedback with clients.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in agency / RPO / client-side recruitment delivery.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring for external clients.
• Strong understanding of non-engineering hiring across multiple functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with ATS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment tools.
