HR Recruiter

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including leadership hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to close high-impact roles aligned with our values-driven culture.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand critical hiring needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic networking
• Conduct screening calls and competency-based interviews
• Drive and manage leadership hiring (CEO, Department Heads, Senior Management roles)
• Ensure strong follow-ups and engagement to successfully close high-end candidates
• Coordinate interview processes with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain structured candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives
• Key Skills RequiredStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close senior and leadership-level positions
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to assess both competency and cultural fit
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in leadership hiring or niche recruitment
• Exposure to hiring for education, sales, or program roles is an added advantage
