HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Create and publish job postings on job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Specific Responsibility – Job Posting:

• Draft clear and engaging job descriptions based on hiring needs
• Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Optimize job postings using relevant keywords to attract suitable candidates
• Monitor job post performance and update postings as needed
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements before posting
