Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team and support hiring operations for our client, OLA Electric Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and strong communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within deadlines.

Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidates’ suitability.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates on hiring status.

Support onboarding activities and ensure smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (preferably in volume)

Excellent communication skills in Tamil or Malayalam (mandatory).

Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
