HR Recruiter

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment activities and hire suitable candidates as per company requirements and job roles.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Understand manpower requirements for different roles
• Post job openings on Apna, job portals, and social platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per role
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with management/department heads for hiring needs
• Ensure timely hiring and joining of candidates
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate records
• Support onboarding and basic HR documentation
• Requirements: Any graduate or under graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process
• Ability to hire candidates as per job role and urgency
• Freshers with interest in HR hiring can apply
