HR Recruiter

 

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions and qualifications.

Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates.

Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews with candidates, assess their qualifications, and make recommendations to clients.

Facilitate the interview process and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow up on feedback.

Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates and extend job offers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all candidates and job openings. Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the organization and identify potential candidates.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and legislation related to recruitment and employment.

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably as a female recruiter. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with recruiting tools, such as applicant tracking systems and job boards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
