Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
  • Post job openings on job portals and social media
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • 2. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances
  • Support performance appraisal process
  • Maintain positive employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in disciplinary actions as per company policy
  • 3. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies)
  • Track attendance, leave management, and employee data
  • Update and maintain HR policies
  • 4. Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate payroll processing with finance
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations
  • Assist in audits and statutory filings
  • 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs
  • Coordinate employee training programs
  • Maintain training records
  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
  • Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with HRMS tools
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processing
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
