Job Description
Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
- 2. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances
- Support performance appraisal process
- Maintain positive employee engagement initiatives
- Assist in disciplinary actions as per company policy
- 3. HR Operations & AdministrationMaintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies)
- Track attendance, leave management, and employee data
- Update and maintain HR policies
- 4. Payroll & ComplianceCoordinate payroll processing with finance
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Assist in audits and statutory filings
- 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs
- Coordinate employee training programs
- Maintain training records
- Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or similar role
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Preferred SkillsExperience with HRMS tools
- Basic knowledge of payroll processing
- Strong problem-solving abilities
