Job Title: HR Recruiter – Volume Hiring

Location: JP Nagar, 2nd Phase (Work From Office)

Job Overview:We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to handle volume hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting hiring targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with candidates for interview scheduling and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Requirements:Any graduate (MBA/HR preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (volume hiring experience is a plus)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic knowledge of job portals and MS Office
• Work Schedule:5 days Work From Office
• Saturday: Work From Home
• Sunday: Week Off
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
