Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across multiple domains.
• Source candidates using platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, Shine, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements and organizational standards.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Utilize job portals and social media sourcing effectively for candidate identification.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Be self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
