HR Recruiter / Non IT

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Non-IT hiring to join our growing team !

📍 Location: Bangalore - HAL

🕒 Experience: 1-3 Years

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

Languages - English with south 2 language ( Mandatory )

🔎 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment

✔️ Experience in Non-IT hiring (Blue & white collar hiring etc.)

✔️ Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & other job portals

✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to close positions within defined TAT

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

Coordinate with hiring managers

Screen and shortlist candidates

Schedule interviews & handle offer rollouts

Maintain recruitment trackers & metrics
