Job Description
- Candidate Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective candidates from databases, job boards, and referrals to introduce job opportunities.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and interest level.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between qualified candidates and hiring managers, providing all necessary details.
- Candidate Support: Answer candidate questions about roles, company culture, benefits, and the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain candidate information, call logs, and recruitment status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with candidates post-screening or interview to provide updates and maintain engagement.
- Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with various administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
