About the Role - Shikshakji Academy is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Payroll & HR Trainer to join our faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on Human Resources and Payroll management, strictly adhering to the professional guidelines set by ZOHO.

This is a unique opportunity for an educator or HR professional to gain specialized certification through a ZOHO Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program, ensuring you are at the forefront of industry-standard payroll software and HR practices.

• Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Lead comprehensive training sessions on HR modules and Payroll processing following ZOHO’s official guidelines.
• Batch Management: Take end-to-end ownership of assigned batches, ensuring student progress, attendance, and assessment completion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Counselors and Front Office Executives to manage student inquiries, scheduling, and administrative requirements.
• Hands-on Training: Guide students through practical simulations using ZOHO Payroll and HRMS tools.
• In-Person Engagement: Conduct all classes offline at the academy, maintaining an engaging and professional learning environment.
• Requirements & Qualifications
• Experience: Prior experience in HR training or significant professional exposure to Payroll processing is highly preferred.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort with HRIS/Payroll software (familiarity with ZOHO People or ZOHO Payroll is a major plus).
• Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex statutory compliance and payroll concepts.
• Availability: Must be able to be physically present during scheduled batch timings.
• Special Terms & Flexibility ZOHO Certification: Selected candidates will undergo a specialized "Train the Trainer" program conducted by the ZOHO team.

• Commitment: Due to the investment in specialized training, candidates may be required to sign a one-year agreement with Shikshakji Academy (evaluated on a case-to-case basis).
