Hub Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities – Hub In-Charge

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hub to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely functioning
• Manage inbound and outbound operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, SOPs, and quality standards
• Supervise, train, and allocate duties to hub staff, supervisors, and support teams
• Monitor inventory/stock levels, reconciliation, and movement to prevent shortages, damages, or losses
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Track and improve operational KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, and cost efficiency
• Coordinate with central teams, vendors, transporters, and clients to resolve operational issues
• Handle escalations, exceptions, and incident management effectively and within defined timelines
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on hub performance and operations
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality
• Ensure proper maintenance of hub infrastructure, equipment, and assets
• Manage attendance, shifts, discipline, and performance of hub staff
• Support audits and ensure documentation and record-keeping accuracy
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
