Human Resource Administrator

1.      Handling client relationships, overseeing daily operations.

2.      Reports and feedback, key updates to be given daily to the General Manager (GM) and Managing Director (MD).

3.      Ensuring field officers and staff receive adequate training in security protocols, emergency response.

4.      Ensure timely payments are made to local vendors and proceed with all admin bills.

5.      Ordering the uniform, stationary, New Year dairies and any items required to the office.

6.       Coordination with field officers and Zonal officers for smooth function of business and monitor night patrolling conducted by field officers.

7.      Monitoring the ivisit app carried out by securities and field officers.

8.       Monitoring RKR report and updating the sleeping complaints in Sleeping & other complaints group.

9.      Monitoring observation group and sending survey report and observation emails to clients.

10.   Monitoring daily basis day and night reports sent by field officers and zonal officer.

11.   Everyday checking the Emails.
