Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive


Location: Bangalore

Industry: Real Estate / Corporate Office

Reports To: Management / Director


Job Summary


We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Admin Executive to handle office administration, billing coordination with builders, attendance management, documentation, and basic HR support. The role also includes scheduling appointments and providing day-to-day administrative support to management.



Key Responsibilities


Administration & Office Management

• Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth indoor functioning

• Maintain and organize all office files, records, and documentation

• Handle all paperwork related to projects, builders, and internal operations

• Coordinate office supplies, vendor bills, and general administrative needs


Billing & Builder Coordination

• Maintain billing information related to builders and projects

• Follow up with builders for commission payments and outstanding invoices

• Track payment status and update management regularly

• Coordinate with accounts team for proper billing documentation


Attendance & HR Support

• Maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking

• Assist in basic HR activities such as onboarding documentation

• Support HR in employee records, salary inputs, and compliance documents

• Coordinate internal communication related to HR and admin matters


Management Support

• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and calendars for management

• Coordinate internal and external meetings

• Prepare basic reports, follow-up notes, and reminders for the boss



Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in admin / office coordination role

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
