Role Summary:

BOROKA Beverages is looking for an experienced HR Executive – Recruitment to independently

manage hiring for corporate, sales, and plant-level roles and support business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

 Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs

 Handle bulk and lateral hiring for FMCG sales and operations roles

 Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds

 Drive offer negotiations and ensure timely closures

 Oversee onboarding and joining processes

 Maintain recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards

 Support employer branding and recruitment drives

Qualifications & Skills:

 MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

 1–3 years of recruitment experience (FMCG preferred)

 Strong knowledge of sales & plant hiring

 Excellent stakeholder management skills

 Proficient in ATS, Excel, and job portals
