Human Resource Executive

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to support end-to-end recruitment

activities and contribute to building a strong workforce for BOROKA Beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level roles

 Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals

 Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

 Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience

 Support offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding process

 Maintain recruitment MIS and reports

Qualifications & Skills:

 MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

 Strong communication and coordination skills

 Interest in FMCG hiring and field sales recruitment

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Basic knowledge of HR operations is a plus
