Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced HRBP with a proven track record in driving business growth and effectively managing teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building client relationships, delivering HR solutions, and leading a team to ensure successful project execution and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:-

Business Development:

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the HR consultancy domain.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the HR consultancy team to deliver exceptional results.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to team members.

Ensure the team operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals.

HR Solutions Delivery:

Oversee the development and implementation of customized HR strategies for clients.

Provide expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Address client challenges and deliver innovative, effective HR solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Understand client needs and adapt solutions to meet their requirements.

Manage client expectations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on business development and team leadership.

Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
