Job Description
- HR Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment & hiring activities
- Handle employee onboarding & HR documentation
- Maintain attendance, leave & employee records
- Coordinate salary, PF, ESI & statutory compliance
- Handle employee queries, grievances & discipline
- Support performance appraisal & training activities
- Ensure HR policies & company rules are followed
- Manage exit formalities & full & final settlement
- Skills RequiredKnowledge of HR & recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of labor laws, PF & ESI
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Ability to handle employee relations
- Basic MS Excel & documentation skills
- Time management & problem-solving ability
- Experience in manufacturing / construction preferred
