Human Resource Executive

We are looking to hire a senior HR leader to head the Human Resources function for our organization, responsible for building and driving end-to-end HR strategy aligned with business growth. The role will lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management systems (PMS), employee engagement, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and statutory compliance across multiple locations. The incumbent will work closely with promoters and senior leadership to design scalable HR policies, control people costs, strengthen organizational culture, handle employee relations and grievances, and ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.). The position requires HR leadership experience, preferably in IT, system integration, infrastructure, or project-driven environments, with strong business acumen, integrity, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to build high-performance teams in a growing organization.
