Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Hiring
Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers
Implement and execute innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong talent pipeline
Analyze hiring metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment efficiency
Work closely with the team to enable an effective hiring pipeline
Onboarding
Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires
Ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and their respective teams
Develop orientation materials and training sessions to set new hires up for success
Collaborate with team leaders to create role-specific onboarding plans
Gather feedback to improve the onboarding process continuously
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Recruitment Specialist role
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment - sourcing, screening, offer cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring consistent onboarding experience.
Manage and support benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Stay up to date with and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, providing guidance when necessary.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations.
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee records, ensuring data privacy and compliance with applicable laws.
Generate and analyse HR reports and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven HR decisions.
Distribute tasks and responsibilities among HR team members efficiently, ensuring workload balance and timely completion of projects.
Process employee transactions, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) and generate reports as needed to support data-driven decision-making.
Subject matter expert in the functional workstream processes using an HRIS system.
Employee life cycle, talent operations, reward operations.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, as well as handle employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes and provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as required.
Train the new Joiners and mentoring the performance. Monitors performance across HR systems, administrative processes, customer service trends, etc.,
Update ongoing updates made on SOPs to maintain a current and accurate knowledge base, ensuring it consistently offers precise answers to customer inquiries.
Educate associates on company practices and tools (e.g., self-service, portal), enabling independent query resolution. Conduct follow-up calls and additional research as needed.
Contribute to quality assurance by actively participating in testing and evaluating enhancements and technology affecting self-service and other shared service or call centre tool).
