Human Resources Associate

1.     Full cycle recruitment- JD preparation and posting as per requirements, sourcing suitable resumes and shortlisting the candidates for interview.

2.     Coordinating and scheduling interviews and conduct the assessment

3.     Background verifications and reference checking.

4.      Visiting different commercial areas & stores for hunting the candidates.

5.     Generating reports and analytics to evaluate recruitment metrics.

6.     Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation.

7.     Onboarding /induction session, paperwork completion for all the new employees

8.     Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database & ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.

9.     Using HR software to input and update employee information.

10. Regular leave and attendance management on software.

11. Preparing MIS Report on Monthly basis to the management.

12. Exit formalities & file management

13. Handling general administrative tasks related to HR, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

14. Assisting in the planning and coordination of HR events, such as employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, or team-building activities.
