Job Description – HR Intern (Recruitment & HR Operations)

Role: HR Intern – Recruitment & HR Operations

Training Duration: 6 Months (Certified Training Program)

Stipend:

• ₹10,000 per month (First 3 Months)
• Revised to ₹14,000 per month (After 3 Months, based on performance)

Post Training Opportunity:

• On successful completion of the internship and performance evaluation, the intern may be promoted as HR Executive with a salary up to ₹3 LPA.

Work Location:

Richmond | Ulsoor | Jayanagar | Mathikere

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
• Support HR operations such as onboarding documentation, joining formalities, and HRMIS updates
• Coordinate with regional HR and business teams for manpower requirements
• Assist in intern hiring, conversions, and reporting
• Support HR team in audits, reports, and compliance-related activities
• Handle employee queries related to HR processes under supervision

• Eligibility Criteria Graduates Only with Zeal to Buld Career at HR
• Freshers or candidates with internship exposure preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Excel
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
