📌 Job Responsibilities

Handle recruitment and onboarding process

Post job openings on portals (Apna, WhatsApp, etc.)

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Maintain employee records & attendance

Coordinate with management for hiring needs

Handle basic HR documentation (offer letters, joining forms)

Support employee engagement activities

Maintain office discipline and HR policies

✅ Requirements

Basic knowledge of HR activities / recruitment

Good communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi preferred)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

Any degree (BBA, BCom, BA, MBA HR preferred but not compulsory)

Freshers with interest in HR can apply

💰 Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on interview)

🕒 Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
