Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for our growing company. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, employee management, and maintaining smooth HR processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for roles such as BDE, Digital Marketers, Designers, Developers, etc.

• Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, etc.

• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews

• Coordinate interviews with management and follow up with candidates

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents

• Maintain employee records and HR database

• Manage attendance and leave records

• Coordinate payroll details with accounts team

• Assist in performance review processes

• Handle employee queries and maintain positive work environment

• Manage joining and exit formalities

Requirements:• 1–3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment

• Good communication skills (English & Hindi; Kannada is a plus)

• Experience in hiring sales or digital marketing roles preferred

• Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Immediate joiners preferred
