Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter with hospital experience only (Setup & Operations)

Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive experienced HR Executive from healthcare background to establish and manage HR functions from scratch. The role involves setting up SOPs, policies, and handling day-to-day HR operations.

• Key Responsibilities:1. HR Setup & SOP DevelopmentDesign and implement HR SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit processes
• Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance frameworks
• Standardize documentation and HR workflows
• 2. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post jobs on platforms like Apna, LinkedIn, Naukri
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with departments
• 3. Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle ManagementHandle joining formalities and documentation
• Conduct employee induction and orientation
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• 4. Attendance, Payroll & ComplianceManage attendance tracking and leave records
• Coordinate payroll processing with finance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
• 5. Performance & Employee EngagementAssist in setting KPIs and performance review systems
• Plan engagement activities and employee initiatives
• Address employee concerns and build a positive work culture
• 6. Exit ManagementHandle resignation process, exit interviews, and full & final settlements
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SOP creation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a new setup environment
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
• Preferred Skills:Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch
• Familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho, Keka, etc.)
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a growing organization
