 General supervision and inspect the installation, modification, and commissioning of

HVAC system at site

● Conducted monthly auditing and solutions

● Retrofit and shutdown

● To ensure the proper Implementation of design at site

● Provide technical assistance to the construction team as needed

● Perform the task of assisting staff in reviewing, checking, planning, and scheduling work

activities

● Interact with R&D team studying and component for refrigeration

● Operates and maintains building HVAC building management system (BMS)

Cooling load calculations.

• Ducting design & Static Pressure calculations for Air duct system.

• Chilled Water Piping design and Pump Head Calculations.

• Selection of equipment such as Chiller, Pump, Cooling tower, Fan, Air handling

unit, Air washer unit, Expansion tank, Fan coil units and other accessories like

Louvers, Filters, Grills, Diffusers and Dampers etc.

• Preparation of Assignment Drawings for A/C & Ventilation Equipments.

• Preparation of Cost estimation both for A/C & Ventilation Equipments.

• Preparation of Technical Specifications for A/C & Ventilation Equipments.

• Preparation of Specifications drawings i.e. Vendor Purpose Drawings.

• Evaluation of Offers.

• Preparation of Technical Recommendations.

• Review/Approval of Vendor Drawings.

• Preparation of Status report for each Project.
