HVAC Technician

Candidates will be screened based on:

• Relevant experience in HVAC / ELV / MST roles

• Exposure to installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting work

• Systems handled such as AHU, FCU, Chillers, VRV/VRF, Split AC, CCTV,

Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, etc.

• Experience in commercial buildings / project sites/ industrial site

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and servicing activities

• Total years of relevant experience

• Candidate is comfortable with multiple site visits

• Candidate has project or service-based experience

• Candidate is willing to work on weekends, with one weekday off instead of

weekend leave

• Candidates background in service field/ project field
