Job Description


  • Service Coordination & Scheduling
  • Plan and execute hygiene service activities, including cleaning, sanitization, and disinfection.
  • Ensure service schedules align with established SOPs for consistency and efficiency.


  • Hygiene Standards Compliance
  • Ensure all hygiene services adhere to company protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain service effectiveness.


  • Client Service & Support
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates and gather feedback for improvement.


  • Service Quality & Inspections
  • Perform regular inspections to verify service effectiveness and identify any gaps.
  • Implement corrective actions based on findings to maintain high service standards.


  • Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate with the City Operations Manager to address client concerns proactively.


  • Inventory & Resource Management
  • Ensure necessary equipment, supplies, and resources are available for service execution.
  • Track service-related inventory to prevent shortages or inefficiencies.


  • Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and operational data.
  • Share reports with relevant stakeholders for performance tracking and improvement planning.
