Azal Farms is a boutique wedding and event venue located in Bangalore, designed to host intimate celebrations, weddings, and private events. We are looking for a reliable freelance photographer/videographer to capture events hosted at the venue.

Role Overview

The In-House Event Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality photos and videos during events held at Azal Farms. This is a per-event freelance opportunity, ideal as a side gig for photographers looking to build their portfolio while working flexible schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of events held at Azal Farms (weddings, celebrations, private gatherings).
• Document venue setup, décor, guests, key moments, and overall event atmosphere.
• Ensure important moments such as ceremonies, couple portraits, family photos, and candid moments are covered.
• Coordinate briefly with the event host or Azal Farms team to understand key moments that must be captured.
• Manage own camera equipment, lighting, and memory storage during the event.
• Deliver all raw photos and raw video footage after the event within the agreed timeframe.

Deliverables

• All raw, unedited photographs from the event.
• All raw video footage captured during the event.
• Files should be delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, or external drive within the agreed timeline.

Requirements

• Own professional camera and basic equipment suitable for event photography/videography.
• Ability to capture clear, well-composed photos and stable video footage in varying lighting conditions.
• Prior experience in event photography is preferred but not mandatory.
• Punctual, professional, and able to work independently during events.

Compensation

• ₹7,000 per event (flat fee).
• Payment will be processed after delivery of the raw photos and videos.
