Urgent Opening for

Ecommerce: Voice (JD and Prerequisites)

1. 90% Graduates and 10% Undergraduates 
2. 1 Year Exp mandate in a BPO Voice process . We can look at 70% experience and 30% freshers.
3. Excellent verbal communication skills in Eng and Hindi (Veti 4 and above skill)
4. 6days working and 1 day rotational off
5. Between 8am to 9pm any 9 hours shift
6. Location: Teleperformance , Smart works 3rd floor, Next to SKR Kalayana Mandapam, Marathahalli , Bangalore -560037

Test to be conducted which our teams will brief on.

1. VERSANT
2. SHL Bundle
3. Typing – 30 words with 90 % accuracy
4. Assessor ( Voice assessment , both in Eng and Hindi)
5. Final selects will be offered (Fresher: 23k CTC and 1+ exp 26.5k CTC / Monthly). There is a joining bonus of INR 4000/- paid in the second month salary post joining .
