• Handle customer queries via Voice & Chat (Inbound/Outbound)

• Assist customers with hair treatment queries, renewals & follow-ups

• Provide product guidance and promote relevant paid solutions

• Ensure customer satisfaction with empathetic communication

🎯 Eligibility

• Good command over English & Hindi (spoken & written)

• Versant Level 4+ required

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

• Customer service experience (Voice/Chat) – added advantage
