Indian Cook

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Indian Chef who specializes in North Indian cuisine. The candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of Indian dishes with consistency, taste, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook North Indian dishes (Gravy, Tandoor, Curry, Dal, Sabzi etc.)
• Maintain taste consistency as per restaurant standards
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
• Manage daily food preparation and mise-en-place
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for raw material requirements
• Reduce wastage and control food cost
• Work efficiently during rush hours
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff
