Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and skilled Tandoor Cook to join our kitchen team in Bangalore. The candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of tandoori dishes such as rotis, naans, kebabs, and tikkas, while maintaining authentic taste, hygiene, and presentation standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook a wide range of tandoor items including naan, roti, paratha, kebabs, tikkas, and other Indian dishes.
• Manage and operate the tandoor oven efficiently and safely.
• Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
• Marinate meats and vegetables according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality of all dishes.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and inform the kitchen supervisor for replenishment.
• Assist in menu planning and suggest new tandoor dishes when needed.
• Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation during peak hours.
