Indian Cook

We are looking for an experienced Indian Cook and Kitchen Helper with good knowledge of Tandoor cooking. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Indian dishes, assisting in kitchen operations, and maintaining hygiene and food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Indian dishes including tandoor items (roti, naan, tandoori starters, etc.)
• Assist in daily kitchen preparation and cooking activities
• Support the head chef in food preparation and plating
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Handle kitchen equipment safely, including tandoor
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety guidelines
