JOB DESCRIPTION
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
- Engage with leads via phone, email, and other channels to understand their business needs and educate
- them on the benefits of Fresher’s products and services.
- Provide timely and responsive communication to customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
