Job Description

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, advertising, and other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers.
  • Provide clients with market comparisons, property evaluations, and investment advice.
  • Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, including current listings, trends, and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database and manage client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.
